Treatment Details
All new IPL clients require an IPL consultation and consent. We'll go over the treatment in depth, ensure their are no contra-indications, discuss how to get the best results through pre and post care and what to expect. We'll create your individual treatment plan with visible and progressive improvements from each session. Lastly, we will conduct some test patches in the area to be treated to ascertain your ideal beginning treatment settings. We allow a brief time to ensure that no reaction occurs. Lighter skin types (Fitz 1-3) may start treatment the following day, while darker skin types (Fitz 4-5) must allow 2 days. *The cost of the IPL consultation is redeemable from any IPL session booked subsequently*
Cancellation Policy
You are our sole focus during your treatment time. Please arrive a few minutes early so that we may start promptly and you receive all the physical and emotional benefits of your full allocated treatment time and an unrushed preconsult chat. We respect your time and expect the same curtesy. Please cancel or reschedule bookings with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Thanks for coming on the journey with us!
