Treatment Details

Milia are tiny, pearly-white or yellowish bumps that form just beneath the skin's surface and are difficult to extract at home. These small, enclosed cysts are filled with keratin that gets trapped instead of shedding naturally. We utilise the Plasma Pen to precisely sublimate (apply a controlled burn) to the skin on top of the Milia, then swipe away the carbon dot to reveal and then gently extract the harden ball of trapped sebum. The tiny wounds remaining should be kept clean and moist, and will heal quickly over a few days.
